Hungarian Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years in Budapest

Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered news europe in Budapest to mark the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Dedicated in July 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become an important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary brought together a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted activities focused on drug education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
